A Message from Peter Wagner
August 20, 2007
Dear friends of Global Harvest,
It was during a GHM staff meeting here in our home back in December when Chuck Pierce, in his typically casual way, prophesied words to the effect: "Global Harvest must reorganize within the year 2007. If it fails to do so, God will not keep the ministry on the cutting edge of advancing the kingdom of God as we have been in the past." You can well imagine that these were not words that I particularly wanted to hear. I would rather hear that we are doing fine, just keep up the same thing you have been doing. But, no! God had a new level for us to reach.
I have been sharing the development of our obedience to this word with you since April. Craig Davis was the one who pointed the way toward reorganizing under "Global Apostolic Network" ( GAN ), thereby bringing together the bits and pieces we had been serving up to now. I first sent you a chart with 7 components of GAN and later another chart with 9. Then Lance Wallnau came on the scene and brought an integrating template for GAN which we call the 7-M Mandate, based on Lance's 7 mountains which are the seven molders of culture (religion, family, education, media, arts & entertainment, government, and business).
One thing that this means is depicted in another chart, which I am sending you. You will see a large mountain representing the Kingdom of God with the 7 mountains at the bottom feeding into it. The 9 components of Global Apostolic Network are grouped under four headings: Government, Wealth, Warfare, and Teaching. The "7-M Coalition" is a new organization being birthed to implement the 7-M Mandate in a practical and effective way for transforming our society.
Isn't this exciting? We have reorganized in obedience to the word that the Lord gave us through Chuck last December. Now please pray with us as we seek His guidance in putting the nuts and bolts together for seeing practical results along the road toward taking dominion of God's creation. In fact Chuck Pierce has also told us that the new Jewish year of 5768 which begins in September, the year of Samekh Chet, means, among other things taking dominion. He says, "Dominion will be the key word for this year! Rule where you have been positioned. Rule or watch the 'wild beasts' gain ground in your land."
This was a challenging word for me because my new book coming out in January has as its title, Dominion! I'm excited about the way that this book will help change paradigms so that God's people will be able fully to participate in the new streams that the Lord is initiating in the earth realm.
Another thing that excites me is that other respected colleagues are also hearing what the Spirit is saying to the churches about social transformation. We are poised to see no fewer than seven new books on the subject of taking dominion in the next 18 months. The well-known authors of the other six are Ed Silvoso, Cindy Jacobs, Becca Greenwood, Dennis Peacocke, Joe Mattera, and Sunday Adelaja. I can't remember such a huge outpouring of high-quality equipping material on a new subject. Global Apostolic Network is right in step with the direction in which God is taking His army.
Part of our assignment for helping to equip the saints for this army of God is for Doris and me to be out on the road constantly for the rest of the year. Over the last three months we have ministered in Pasadena CA, Anaheim CA, Jamesburg NJ, Rochester NY, Atlanta GA, West Haven CT, Montgomery AL, Singapore, Orlando FL, Calgary AB (Canada), Dallas TX, Albany & St. Johnsville NY, Colorado Springs, CO, Milwaukee WI and Seoul, Korea. We will attach our itinerary so you can see where we are ministering in the weeks to come. In one way this is tiring, but in another it is invigorating to know that people all over are hungry to move forward in the directions that God is taking His people.
All nine of the components of GAN are on my heart, but especially those related to wealth and wealth transfer. I am in touch with 17 potential wealth transfer brokers, some of them expecting release momentarily. It is hard to comprehend, but some of them go to multiple millions, billions, and more. My task is to prepare a high integrity infrastructure for distributing these funds when they begin to flow. Zion Apostolic Network and The Hamilton Group are in place as agencies to carry this out. Our motto is "Sophisticated Philanthropy for Apostolic Distribution."
One matter for your prayers is that Rod Neal of the Zion Project will be engaged during the last three weeks of August in high-level scientific experiments with the very innovative technology that he is developing for the kingdom.
Another matter is that I am in the pre-conception stage of seeking the Lord about the possible need for a physical meeting of some of these wealth transfer brokers that I told you about. Many are having their patience, their faith, and their endurance stretched toward the limit. They are dealing with issues that few others could or would understand even if they were told. I have sensed beginnings of a desire to meet with and pray with peers who can empathize with each other and who can share ideas and lessons learned. Please pray with me on this.
Many of you have been praying fervently about the serious financial situation here at Global Harvest. All I can report at the moment is that our head is barely above the water. Every week it is touch and go and it is very stressful to Doris who carries the major burden for this. On top of that we are carrying a six-figure debt for the first time in GHM history due to not filling our room blocks for conferences at the Gaylords. What do we need? Some six-figure donations! We would like to pay our bills and have a reserve like we did before 9/11.
Meanwhile, we're neither stopping nor slowing down. Sometimes Doris and I feel like a roll of toilet paper. The nearer it gets to the end the faster it goes!
Blessings,

Peter (and Doris)
